Lisa is a counsellor, psychotherapist and group facilitator in Coffs Harbour with many years' experience working in the social services sector in non profit and private settings. Lisa’s focus is individual and relationship counselling with young people, adults and couples.
Lisa’s approach to counselling is warm and supportive, providing you with a safe space where you feel comfortable to share your concerns, talk through your feelings, thoughts, experiences and expectations. She will help you to gain deep insight about yourself, the difficulties and your potential.
Lisa works with curiosity, mindfulness and humour with which she explores what is happening to you in this moment. She understands every person’s situation is unique and tailors her methods to provide support for you or as a couple. Lisa draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, though more importantly she walks alongside where you are.

Lisa relocated from Eora Nation, Sydney to Gumbaynggirr Country, Coffs Coast in 2011. In the 1980-90’s she worked in marketing in small to large organisations across the world, then moved into the social services sector. Her breadth of experience is invaluable when working with people from a variety of backgrounds.
